Job summary

Primark Stores Limited in Ireland is hiring a Retail Assistant. You will deliver an amazing customer experience, assist with sizes, styles, purchases or returns, and keep the shop floor looking great.

The role requires flexibility to work 5 days per week with shifts across 7:00 AM–11:00 PM and an hourly rate of €14.65 plus a Sunday premium. We offer in-store discounts, a generous pension scheme, well-being support, holidays based on hours, and opportunities to progress your career

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast, friendly service at till points and handle queries, voids and returns.
• Receive deliveries, price goods correctly and maintain high store standards.

We are currently hiring for positions with contract options ranging from 11.5 to 14 hours per week.

Candidates must be fully flexible and available to work 5 days per week, with shifts scheduled anytime between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM, Sunday through Saturday.

What will I be doing?

As a Retail Assistant, you’ll be making our customer’s day, every day. Here’s what this looks like in action:

• Providing customers with an amazing experience as you help them with things like sizes or styles, purchases, or returns
• Setting up a good-looking shop floor with full shelves, tidy fitting rooms and all the latest fashions, as well as keeping a tidy and well-organised stockroom
• Delivering a fast, friendly, efficient experience at till points, processing queries, voids, and returns.
• Receiving, unpacking and checking off new deliveries. Getting our products on to the shop floor and ensuring they’re all correctly priced - all while making sure everything meets our high standards
