Job summary

Primark Stores Limited in Ireland is seeking a Retail Assistant to deliver an amazing customer experience across our fashion range. You’ll help customers with sizes and styles, set up an attractive shop floor, and handle till queries with speed and courtesy.

This role offers flexible shifts (11.5–14 hrs or 20–24 hrs per week), competitive hourly pay of €14.65 plus Sunday premium, generous holidays and pension options, with opportunities to progress within our international network.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with an amazing experience at till points and on the shop floor.
• Assist customers with sizes or styles, purchases or returns.
• Set up an appealing shop floor with full shelves and tidy fitting rooms.
• Receive deliveries and ensure correct pricing and stock ready for sale.

We are currently hiring for positions with contract options ranging from

11.5 to 14 hours per week (Friday 5pm-9pm, Saturday and Sunday All Day) 20 to 24 hours per week (fully flexible, earliest possible start 6am, latest possible finish 9pm)

What will I be doing?

As a Retail Assistant, you’ll be making our customer’s day, every day. Here’s what this looks like in action:

• Providing customers with an amazing experience as you help them with things like sizes or styles, purchases, or returns
• Setting up a good-looking shop floor with full shelves, tidy fitting rooms and all the latest fashions, as well as keeping a tidy and well‑organised stockroom
• Delivering a fast, friendly, efficient experience at till points, processing queries, voids, and returns.
• Receiving, unpacking and checking off new deliveries. Getting our products on to the shop floor and ensuring they’re all correctly priced - all while making sure everything meets our high standards
