Job summary

Primark Limerick-Dooradoyle is looking for a Team Manager to lead a store team and ensure a standout customer experience. You will work with the management team on commercial planning, stock management, planograms and coaching colleagues to deliver sales results.

This 6-month fixed-term role offers a dynamic, people-first environment with development opportunities, plus Primark benefits including pension, staff discounts and employee support programmes.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a retail or customer-focused role.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the management team to support the daily running of the store.
• Responsible for an allocated section or department including commercial planning, stock management, planograms, and visual merchandising.
• Oversee till areas or fitting rooms when required.
• Organise and lead the team of Retail Assistants, assigning daily tasks.
• Motivate and coach the team to deliver an exceptional store environment and customer experience while optimising sales.
• Utilise digital learning and career pathways to grow professionally within Primark.
