Job summary

Glenn Anthony Restaurants Limited is seeking an experienced Restaurant and Catering Establishment Manager to oversee daily operations at Unit 18 Southgate Sc Drogheda, Co. Meath.

The role involves managing front- and back-of-house activities, recruiting and training staff, controlling costs, and ensuring compliance with food safety, licensing, and health and safety requirements.

A 39-hour week, full-time permanent contract, and an annual salary of €36,605 are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years’ relevant experience in restaurant, catering, hospitality, or food-service management.
• Level 8 qualification in Hospitality/Restaurant/Catering or related discipline preferred.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, customer-service standards, stock control, and cost management.
• Knowledge of food safety, HACCP, hygiene, health and safety, and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage front-of-house and back-of-house activities to ensure efficient service.
• Recruit, train, supervise, schedule, and support restaurant and catering staff.
• Monitor employee performance and ensure adherence to procedures and service standards.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and respond to queries and complaints.
• Control costs, waste, and stock; prepare operational reports and rotas.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, health and safety, and licensing requirements.
