Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a restaurant management role.
• Experience in a high-volume hospitality, restaurant, or catering environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• A passion for food, hospitality and customer service.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Experience managing rotas, budgets and operational performance.
• Strong knowledge of Food Hygiene and HACCP standards.
• Flexible, proactive and hands-on approach.
