Job summary

Ghost Pizza & Coffee in Monaghan Town is recruiting to lead the pizza side of the venue, taking ownership of the evening operation end to end—from service to stock, staff and standards.

This hands-on role requires you to recruit and train the evening team, manage rotas and budgets, and ensure food safety and HACCP compliance, while driving sales and reporting results to the owner. Work is on site in Monaghan, with weekend and evening hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing or supervising in a restaurant, takeaway or fast-casual setting.
• High-volume food service experience.
• Pizza experience is a plus but not required.

• Manage stock and suppliers — dough, ingredients, packaging and beverages — with tight waste control.

Something new is coming to Monaghan Town. Ghost Pizza & Coffee is a specialty coffee shop by day and a pizza kitchen by night — and we’re hiring the person who will lead the pizza side. Open the venue with us and build your own team, backed by a hands-on owner. You’ll own the evening pizza operation end to end: service, team, stock and standards.
