Job summary

Ghost Pizza & Coffee in Monaghan Town is recruiting to lead the pizza side of the venue, taking ownership of the evening operation end to end—from service to stock, staff and standards.

This hands-on role requires you to recruit and train the evening team, manage rotas and budgets, and ensure food safety and HACCP compliance, while driving sales and reporting results to the owner. Work is on site in Monaghan, with weekend and evening hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing or supervising in a restaurant, takeaway or fast-casual setting.
• High-volume food service experience.
• Pizza experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Run evening service — floor, counter, takeaway/collection and delivery orders.
• Recruit, train and manage rotas for the evening team, managing staff and budget.
• Manage stock and suppliers — dough, ingredients, packaging and beverages — with tight waste control.
• Responsibility for food safety and HACCP compliance for the evening operation.
• Drive sales, social media and report weekly to the owner on sales, staff and margins.
