Plúr Woodfired Pizza is seeking an experienced Pizza Chef to join our team at Naas and Clane in Co. Kildare. If you’re passionate about authentic Neapolitan-style pizza, quality ingredients, and woodfired ovens, we’d love to hear from you.

The role covers day-to-day kitchen operation, ensuring exceptional standards, leadership during busy services, and a strong focus on teamwork. Salary€36,000–€38,000 per year, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a pizza chef, senior pizza chef, or sous chef.
• Expert dough preparation, fermentation, and woodfired oven techniques.
• Ability to lead a kitchen during busy service periods.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills.
• HACCP certification and a passion for hospitality.

Plúr Woodfired Pizza is looking for an experienced and passionate Pizza Chef to join our growing team across our Naas and Clane locations in Co. Kildare.

Salary

€36,000 – €38,000 per year

Salary will be based on experience, skills, and responsibilities, and will be discussed during the interview and trial process.

The Role

You will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of our kitchens, ensuring exceptional food standards, smooth service, and strong kitchen leadership.

This position involves working across both our Naas and Clane locations.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Pizza Chef, Senior Pizza Chef, or Sous Chef
• Strong experience with dough preparation, fermentation, and woodfired ovens
• Confidence leading a kitchen during busy service periods
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• HACCP certification
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
• A genuine passion for great food and hospitality
