Danolla’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a busy diner and takeaway in Castlebar. You’ll supervise shifts, mentor staff and ensure high standards across service, food quality and guest experience.
You should have at least two years’ experience in a hospitality leadership role, be calm under pressure and able to guide a team through busy periods. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary based on experience.
