You should have at least two years’ experience in a hospitality leadership role, be calm under pressure and able to guide a team through busy periods. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary based on experience.

Assistant Manager – More Than Just Running a Shift

Location: Castlebar, Co. Mayo
Salary: €34,000–€38,000 depending on experience
Hours: Full-time preferred; part-time may be considered for the right person

You may already be supervising shifts or working as an Assistant Manager—but feel ready for more responsibility, more influence and a workplace where your ideas will genuinely be heard.

This is a hands-on role in a busy diner and takeaway. You’ll lead from the floor, support the team through busy services and help keep our food, service and standards where they should be.
