Job summary

Sambel Kitchen Limited T/A Spice Village Indian Street Food in Dublin 8 is hiring a Restaurant Manager for its popular Spice Village Indian Street Food location at 471 South Circular Road. The role requires a minimum of 2 years in hospitality management and a passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and professional service.

This is a full-time permanent position, 39 hours per week, offering a salary of €37,000 per annum.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in hospitality management.
• Minimum qualification: Level 7 or higher (Diploma or Bachelor degree included).
• Strong leadership, customer service and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and service delivery.
• Manage staff scheduling, training and performance.
