Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the restaurant team, ensuring engagement and support.

• Set and maintain high standards of customer service, food quality and presentation.
• Oversee reservations and seating to optimise service flow.
• Prepare and manage staff rosters and staffing levels.
• Monitor stock levels and inventory control.
• Take ownership of restaurant cost control (labour, food, beverage).
• Support revenue targets and guest satisfaction initiatives.
