Qualifications

• Experience in a Food & Beverage management role in a leading hotel.
• Experience in large conferences and events is a distinct advantage.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Experience in recruiting and developing employees.
• High standards and attention to detail.
• Strong customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the standard of work to ensure the highest quality.
• People leadership, including recruiting, retaining and developing employees.
• Support the Senior Management Team in the strategic running of the hotel.
• Set targets for the restaurant and bar team in line with the overall departmental and hotel objectives.
• Support events in the hotel to ensure excellence in service at all times.
• Ensure adherence to Health & Safety and HACCP standards.
• Manage the budget and cost-effectiveness of the department.
