Job summary

Prosper Fingal is recruiting two CORU-registered Social Care Workers to join our residential team in Rush, Co. Dublin. The roles are full-time Specified Purpose contracts covering maternity leave, with 35/37 hours per week and a salary of €39,100 - €56,349 FTE.

You will support adults with intellectual disabilities and autism to live independently, make choices, participate in the community and develop everyday living and social skills.

Qualifications

• CORU-registered Social Care Worker.
• Full, clean manual driving licence.
• Availability for evenings, weekends and sleepovers.
• Residential care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with intellectual disabilities and autism to live as independently as possible.
• Assist in making choices, personal goal work and community participation.
• Contribute to personal planning and maintain appropriate records to ensure HIQA-aligned supports.
