Job summary

The Rehab Group is seeking a Team Leader for its residential services in Lifford, Donegal. This role supports the Residential Services Manager in delivering a high-quality, client-centred service to adults with complex needs, ensuring HIQA and RehabCare standards are met.

Requirements include a third level qualification in Health & Social Care or equivalent, attendance at mandatory RehabCare training, and willingness to travel within Ireland for training.

Qualifications

• Third level graduate in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
• Mandatory training and HIQA regulations familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of a truly person-centred service for all clients.
• Liaise with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality service.
• Document information and complete paperwork for service delivery.
• Lead and support staff, maintain rotas including waking nights and shifts.
• Ensure HIQA compliance and health and safety standards.
