The Rehab Group is seeking a Team Leader for its residential services in Lifford, Donegal. This role supports the Residential Services Manager in delivering a high-quality, client-centred service to adults with complex needs, ensuring HIQA and RehabCare standards are met.
Requirements include a third level qualification in Health & Social Care or equivalent, attendance at mandatory RehabCare training, and willingness to travel within Ireland for training.

Permanent Contract, 35 hours per week
Location: Lifford Supported Accommodation, Lifford, Donegal
The Team Leader will assist the Residential Services Manager in the delivery of a quality client-focused service. They will have a role in the management and planning of the existing service, to adults with Acquired Brain Injury and Mental Health issues who have a varying disabilities & complex health needs in a person centred Residential service. Implementing and ensuring HIQA regulations and RehabCare standards while overseeing the delivery of a quality, customer-focused service.
If applicable, candidates will need to provide a police certificate for any country they've lived in before moving to Ireland

Salary starting from point 1 €47,702.35 to point 5 €52,526.66 (pro rata), subject to experience and qualification. The 7-point salary scale provides annual progression opportunities up to €54,938.81 per annum.
