Job summary

3Q Recruitment Ltd. in Ireland is partnering with a regulated residential disability service to appoint a Residential Disability Service Manager in Co. Longford.

This permanent, full-time role offers a challenging leadership position with responsibility for delivering high-quality, person-centred care and ensuring compliance with HIQA standards. You’ll lead a dedicated team, develop the service, manage performance, and oversee individual care plans, while benefiting from a comprehensive package

Qualifications

Level 7 degree in Social Care or Health Care.
Level 6 Management qualification.
Minimum 3 years’ management or supervisory experience in health or social care.
Experience in residential disability services and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead and support a dedicated care team.
Ensure high standards of person-centred care.
Maintain HIQA compliance and quality assurance.
Oversee care plans, assessments and documentation.
Drive quality improvement and audits.
