Job summary

Inclusive Living Ireland is seeking a Team Lead to oversee day-to-day operations of our residential disability service in County Cavan. This full-time, on-site role focuses on person-centered support, staff supervision, and ensuring high standards of care.

You will coordinate schedules, mentor staff, maintain documentation, and work with residents, families, and external partners to promote independence, inclusion, and rights for people with disabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in disability or social care services, ideally in a residential or community-based setting.
• Proven ability to lead, supervise, and support multidisciplinary teams in a care environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
• Knowledge of person-centered planning, safeguarding practices, and relevant health and social care regulations.
• Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Relevant qualification in social care, nursing, psychology, or a related health and social care field (or equivalent experience).
• Commitment to promoting inclusion, autonomy, and rights for people with disabilities.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations within the residential service.
