Job summary

The Rehab Group in Ireland is seeking a Residential Services Manager and PIC to lead operational delivery of residential services, ensure HIQA compliance, and manage relationships with key stakeholders. The role covers leadership of the designated centre as PIC and safeguarding of residents.

Applicants should have NFQ8 qualification in Health and Social Care Management, at least 3 years in health/social care management, and a full driving licence.

Qualifications

• Third-level qualification in Health and Social Care management (NFQ8) is required.
• Minimum 3 years in a management or supervisory role in health or social care.
• Strong leadership and operational management skills; driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure services meet identified needs and wishes of the people we support, with active participation and engagement, including handling complaints.
• Actively promote a culture of continuous improvement and embed national/international best practice across the Group.
• Lead operational staff to foster cross-functional teamwork and a performance management culture with the ISM.
