The Rehab Group is seeking a highly capable Residential Service Manager Cat 2 and a Team Leader for the West and North West Region in an Ireland-wide network. This role carries responsibility for the daily management of two designated residential centres, ensuring high-quality, responsive, and sustainable services in line with HIQA regulations and relevant laws.

The PIC will lead a diverse team, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive continuous improvement while safeguarding residents.

Qualifications

• Third-level qualification (NFQ7) in Health and Social Care management.
• Minimum of 3 years’ management or supervisory experience in health or social care.
• Experience ensuring services comply with HIQA regulations.
• Operational knowledge of HIQA and relevant legislation, policies and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Ensure the service delivered meets the identified needs and wishes of the people we support; including management and analysis of complaints.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement with shared learning and best practice.
• Lead operational staff to embed robust people management and a cross-functional team ethos.
• Ensure quality and safety across services, adhering to internal and external standards and regulatory bodies.
