Job summary

Cpl Group in Ireland seeks a proactive Person in Charge (PIC) to lead high-quality residential services for individuals with intellectual disabilities in Kildare. You will oversee daily operations, drive person-centred care, and ensure alignment with HIQA standards and the Health Act 2007.

Qualifications

• Nursing Degree with NMBI registration (or eligibility) or Level 8 Degree in Social Care.
• At least 3 years' management experience in health or social care.
• A recognised management qualification (minimum Level 6 NFQ).
• Strong knowledge of HIQA standards, person-centred planning, and clinical governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of residential services in line with HIQA standards and the Health Act 2007.
• Drive the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
• Ensure full compliance with all regulatory and organisational requirements.
• Inspire, support, and develop staff teams to thrive.
• Build strong relationships with families, multidisciplinary teams, and key stakeholders.
• Champion best practice in care planning, risk management, and continuous improvement.
