Job summary

Cpl Healthcare seeks a dedicated social care leader to act as Person in Charge (PIC) for our Residential Services in Ireland. The PIC will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure high standards of care, governance, and regulatory compliance, and drive person-centred service delivery with a focus on safeguarding and staff development.

The role requires CORU registration or a current CORU application, a management qualification, and at least three years in a supervisory health or social care role.

Qualifications

• CORU registration or CORU application in progress with evidence.
• Management qualification.
• Minimum of three years in a management or supervisory role in health or social care.
• CORU registered or eligible for registration.
• Full driving license.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Right to work in Ireland with valid work authorisation.
