Job summary

Cpl Healthcare is seeking a Person in Charge (PIC) to lead Residential and Respite Services for adults with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities in Tipperary town.

You will ensure HIQA standards, deliver high-quality person-centred care, mentor staff, and work with the Integrated Services Manager to achieve the best outcomes. The role offers a meaningful leadership challenge and the opportunity to support people to live as independently as possible while engaging with the community.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in disability services or healthcare settings.
• Strong knowledge of HIQA standards and Health Act requirements.
• License to drive with a full Irish driving licence.
• Right to work in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of designated residential centres.
• Deliver and continuously improve person-centred care.
• Ensure services meet regulatory, legal, and organisational standards.
• Mentor and develop the service team and foster a positive culture.
• Collaborate with the Integrated Services Manager and multi-disciplinary teams.
