3Q Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Residential Disability Service Manager for Rosslare, Co. Wexford. Lead the residential disability service, support the team, and ensure person-centred care and regulatory compliance.

The role focuses on maintaining HIQA standards, overseeing care plans and documentation, and driving quality improvements with a strong emphasis on staff development and on-call support.

Competenze

• Relevant Level 7 degree in Social Care or Health Care.
• Level 6 Management qualification.
• Minimum three years’ management or supervisory experience in health or social care.
• Proven experience managing a residential service within regulatory requirements.
• Experience supporting people with autism is desirable.
• Strong understanding of quality and compliance within disability services.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Eligibility to live and work in Ireland without restriction.
