Job summary

3Q Recruitment Ltd. is seeking an experienced Residential Disability Service Manager for a permanent role in Co. Mayo. You will lead a residential disability service, build a strong team, and ensure person-centred care with regulatory compliance.

The role offers a salary of €56,000–€66,000 DOE, a supernumerary structure, and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support professional development and long-term stability.

Qualifications

• Relevant Level 7 degree in Social Care or Health Care.
• Level 6 Management qualification.
• Minimum three years’ management or supervisory experience in health or social care.
• Proven experience managing a residential service within regulatory requirements.
• Experience supporting people with autism is desirable.
• Strong understanding of quality and compliance within disability services.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Eligibility to live and work in Ireland without restriction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a dedicated care team.
• Ensure high-quality, person-centred service delivery.
• Maintain compliance with HIQA Standards and relevant regulations.
• Oversee individual care plans, assessments and documentation.
