This permanent, full-time role offers a challenging leadership position with responsibility for delivering high-quality, person-centred care and ensuring compliance with HIQA standards. What You’ll Be Leading

As Residential Disability Service Manager, you’ll take a key leadership role within the residential service, supporting your team while ensuring quality, compliance and person-centred service delivery remain at the required standard.

You will:

• Lead and support a dedicated care team
• Ensure high-quality, person-centred service delivery
• Maintain compliance with HIQA Standards and relevant regulations
• Oversee individual care plans, assessments and documentation
• Drive quality improvement and service audits
• Support staff training, development and performance
• Promote dignity, independence and wellbeing
• Build a positive and collaborative team environment
• Participate in the On-Call support system

What You’ll Need

This opportunity is suited to an experienced Social Care or Health Care professional who already understands the responsibility involved in leading a regulated residential service.

You’ll need:

• Relevant Level 7 degree in Social Care or Health Care
• Level 6 Management qualification
• Minimum 3 years’ management or supervisory experience in health or social care
• Proven experience managing a residential service within regulatory requirements
• Experience supporting people with autism is desirable
• Strong understanding of quality and compliance within disability services
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Eligibility to live and work in Ireland without restriction
