CPL Healthcare is seeking a skilled manager to lead a residential service for individuals with disabilities in Longford. The role focuses on delivering top-quality care, ensuring HIQA and Department of Health compliance, and sustaining a supportive residential environment.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of social care management, Level 7+ qualification, and a driving licence. Experience with autism and residential settings will be highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ management experience in Social Care.
• Level 7+ qualification in Social Care or similar.
• Level 6 Management qualification.
• Experience in residential services.
• Knowledge of HIQA standards.
• Full driver’s licence.

Responsabilités

• Lead residential services and ensure high-quality care.
• Maintain full compliance with HIQA and Department of Health standards.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and staff management.
