Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, business, urban planning, real estate or related field.
• 5+ years delivering developments in real estate or project management.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess development opportunities from site acquisition to feasibility.
• Conduct financial appraisals, cash flow forecasts and investment models.
• Oversee construction progress, budgets and timelines end-to-end.
• Coordinate with contractors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide regular updates to investors and senior management.
• Support sales/marketing go-to-market strategies and handovers.
