Job summary

ICDS (UK) Ltd in Ireland seeks a Development Manager to lead residential developments from pre-planning through handover, coordinating planning processes and delivery on Ashford, Wicklow, or North Dublin.

You will liaise with architects, engineers, consultants, and local authorities, managing timelines, budgets, and compliance with planning and health & safety regulations. This is a full lifecycle development leadership role with a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Experience managing residential developments (Housing/Apartments).
• Strong understanding of planning and compliance regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the planning and delivery of residential development projects.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, consultants, and local authorities.
• Oversee planning applications and ensure compliance with planning conditions.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and budgets.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, and external stakeholders.
• Monitor construction progress and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with planning, building, environmental, and health & safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate compliance and project documentation.
• Coordinate inspections, certifications, and regulatory approvals.
• Monitor contractor compliance with statutory obligations.
