Ratio Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager on behalf of a leading residential development company in Leinster. The role involves overseeing planning, execution and delivery of projects from inception to completion.

You will manage timelines, budgets, and resources while coordinating with contractors and suppliers, ensuring quality, compliance and safety across sites. Regular presence on-site and at the company office is required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing residential development projects.
• Proficiency in planning, scheduling, risk management and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience with expediting and ensuring timely delivery of materials/services.
• Knowledge of inspection processes and quality control on construction sites.
• Familiarity with Irish building regulations and health & safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project timelines, budgets and resources.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, standards and safety requirements.
• Monitor construction progress and resolve issues as they arise.
• Prepare reports for stakeholders and assist senior leadership in decision-making.
