CompassRock is seeking a Resident Experience Associate for its Glass Bottle BTR property in Dublin. The role focuses on resident relations, leasing support, and daily property management, reporting to the Assistant Property Manager.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in customer engagement.
• Hospitality background such as Reservations Agent, Customer Service Agent, Sales Advisor, Front of House, Front Office/Reception Manager.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (desired).
• Professional certifications such as The Property Institute or IRPM Membership (desired).

Responsibilities

• Resident relations and customer service to ensure high resident satisfaction.
• Leasing support and assisting the Leasing team with inquiries and viewings.
• Assist Property Manager with daily property operations and admin duties.
• Interact with residents, prospective tenants, visitors and contractors to maintain professional relationships.
• Provide tenancy information including renewal details and lifecycle inquiries.
