Job summary

Yugo in Cork is hiring a Service & Sales Assistant for a 20-hour-per-week, on-site role at our state-of-the-art student accommodation in central Cork. The position offers a clear path for career growth and a salary of €15,600 per annum.

As the Sales & Service Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, handle queries with empathy, support sales and marketing plans, keep the resident database up to date, and help organise engaging student events for our residents.

Qualifications

• Great customer service and communication skills.
• Be super personable and have a genuine passion for engaging with people.
• Ability to be proactive with strong problem-solving skills.
• Be really organised and able to spin lots of plates at once.
• Good working knowledge of MS packages.
• Resilience and adaptability, as well as a great cultural diversity awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide a friendly and professional customer service to students living in the residences
• Provide an effective first response to customer queries, complaints, issues and incidents, resolving/escalating as needed
• Get involved in sales and marketing activity to ensure residences are full and marketing channels are used
• Follow and implement all operating procedures
• Ensure safety and welfare of all residents
• Organise and communicate social events for residents
