Job summary

Killashee Hotel in Naas, Co. Kildare, is seeking a Reservations Supervisor to lead the reservations team, manage group and individual bookings, and coordinate with Front Office, Sales and Revenue on a daily basis.

The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and flexibility with hours, with responsibility for accurate PMS entries and guest communications across channels.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Opera Cloud is preferred.
  • Administration experience is required.
  • Strong leadership and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support the Reservations team on a daily basis.
  • Manage individual and group reservations accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitor room availability, rates, restrictions, and inventory.
  • Ensure all reservations are entered and maintained correctly in the hotel PMS.
  • Respond professionally to guest enquiries by telephone, email, and other booking channels.
  • Upsell rooms, packages, and hotel services where appropriate.
  • Coordinate closely with Front Office, Sales, Revenue, and other departments.
  • Monitor online travel agents and third-party booking platforms.
  • Handle amendments, cancellations, no-shows, and special guest requests.
  • Assist with training, coaching, and performance support for reservations staff.
  • Ensure company and hotel standards are consistently followed.
  • Prepare and review reservations reports and assist with revenue-related tasks.
  • Resolve guest queries and booking issues promptly and professionally.
