Responsibilities

• Managing reservations.
• Supporting reservation agents with individual reservations/enquiries.
• Adhering to hotel SOPs and company policies.
• Ensuring the highest level of customer service at all times.
• Contributing to yield management to achieve occupancy targets.
• Maintaining accurate inventory control for rooms.
• Using CMS, OTA extranets and channel manager for rate loading and guest communications.
• Assisting in departmental reporting for both properties.
• Managing rate codes and group booking platform.
