Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an Information Manager to lead information governance and BIM delivery across our Dublin transportation projects. You will coordinate project information, ensure consistent digital delivery practices and drive compliance with ISO 19650 and client requirements.

Working with Project Managers, Technical Leads and Clients, you will implement CDE workflows, manage PIMs and support Information Management Plans.

Qualifications

5+ years in Information Management, BIM, Digital Delivery or related discipline.
Experience with engineering, infrastructure, transportation or construction projects.
Strong understanding of information governance and standards (ISO 19650).
Experience managing CDEs and document management systems.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead Information Management activities across allocated transportation projects.
Implement BIM and Information Management processes aligned with ISO 19650 and client requirements.
Manage project information governance and CDE workflows.
Oversee integrity, security and accessibility of project information.
Support development of Information Management Plans and IDPs.
Verify quality of PIMs and deliverables.
Promote best practice information management and digital delivery.
Support training and adoption of information management processes.
