Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a senior leader to drive the technical delivery of major transportation and infrastructure projects. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage interfaces and risks, and ensure designs meet programme, budget, quality and client expectations.

You will influence design management across the business, championing innovation, digital delivery and continuous improvement while developing talent and strengthening client relationships across the UK/Ireland and beyond.

Qualifications

• Experience leading delivery of complex multidisciplinary infrastructure projects or programmes.
• Strong understanding of engineering design delivery, programme risks, technical governance and stakeholder management.
• Ability to lead and influence multidisciplinary teams across large environments.
• Experience building trusted relationships with clients, project partners and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and decision‑making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery strategy and coordinate multiple engineering disciplines.
• Manage interfaces, risks and project constraints to align with programme and client expectations.
• Provide senior leadership within project teams and act as trusted adviser to clients.
