Job summary

Protex AI is building a fast-moving global startup and seeks a versatile Operations professional to support People, Operations, Facilities, Finance, and Legal across multiple regions. You will leverage AI tools to draft documents, research suppliers, and automate tasks while maintaining records and coordinating interviews and events.

You’ll work closely with founders and stakeholders, balancing multiple priorities, keeping processes transparent, and ensuring compliance in a dynamic,

Qualifications

• Degree-educated in any discipline.
• Experience supporting fast-growth startups, or operations teams, is a plus.
• Comfortable with AI tools and tech-enabled processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding, contracts, starter packs, and IT setup across regions.
• Maintain employee records, org charts, and HR documentation as the company scales.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, performance reviews, and team events globally.
• Support engagement initiatives, communications, surveys, and culture programmes.
• Act as first point of contact for People queries and escalate when needed.
• Support operations across finance, facilities, and vendor relationships.
• Assist with PO creation, invoice processing, and expense management.
• Support month-end processes including cost tracking and basic budget reconciliation.
