Job summary

Paymentology is seeking a VP Client Success & Experience to lead and transform our global post-onboarding client organization. You will unify Customer Support and the Client Success Operations, partnering with Account Management to deliver strategic client outcomes at scale.

In this leadership role, you will build an AI-enabled, proactive client success model, drive adoption and retention, and elevate operational excellence across our global client base.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead global Client Success and Support teams.
• Deep understanding of client lifecycle management and operating excellence frameworks.
• Experience implementing AI-enabled client experience strategies and automation.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to align operations with growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Client Success & Experience organization, unifying Customer Support and developing the Client Success Operations function.
• Define future-state strategy for seamless, consistent client experience across touchpoints.
• Build a proactive, data-driven client engagement model focused on adoption and retention.
• Drive AI-enabled capabilities including predictive health, self-service, and automated workflows.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Implementations, and Commercial teams to improve client outcomes.
