Partner Company in Ireland seeks a Linux Platform Integration - Ubuntu Systems Senior Engineer to optimize Ubuntu across IoT, desktop and server hardware. You will work across kernel, networking, virtualization, graphics, and application tech to deliver high-performance Linux experiences and collaborate with global partners.

Qualifications

Experience with Linux packaging technologies (Debian, RPM, Yocto).
Strong programming skills in Python, C and C++.
Experience with open-source communities and licensing models.

Responsibilities

Design and implement optimized Ubuntu integrations for IoT, desktop, and server hardware.
Lead customer engagements covering cloud, edge, hardware, OS, and applications.
Collaborate with partners to deliver high-quality Ubuntu experiences.
Develop device OS images, integrate applications and SDKs, and optimize performance.
