Job summary

Jobgether partner firm seeks a Trademark & IP Law Paralegal in Ireland for a fully remote role supporting a U.S. law firm. You will manage trademark prosecution, portfolio maintenance, and filings with the USPTO, coordinating with U.S.

attorneys and international colleagues. Key responsibilities include drafting filings, conducting searches, and handling Office Actions, with emphasis on accuracy, deadlines, and client communication.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience as a paralegal, lawyer, or attorney.
• At least 2 years of experience working with a U.S. trademark or intellectual property law firm.
• Strong hands-on experience with U.S. trademark prosecution and portfolio management.
• Experience with USPTO filings and TEAS.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini).
• Ability to coordinate with U.S. attorneys, clients, and international counsel.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home office.
• Availability to work consistently during U.S. business hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit U.S. trademark applications and related filings.
• Maintain trademark docketing, deadlines, and portfolio maintenance.
• Assist with USPTO Office Action responses and evidence gathering.
• Prepare watch reports and monitor potentially conflicting marks.
• Coordinate with international counsel and clients on global portfolios.
• Conduct preliminary trademark searches and review USPTO records.
• Draft and file assignments, consent and coexistence agreements.
• Support copyright registrations and broader IP filings.
