Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Personal Injury Paralegal based in Ireland for a remote role supporting a U.S. law firm on plaintiff-side cases. You will handle intake, medical records, settlement demands, and litigation prep, coordinating with clients, providers, insurers and attorneys across timelines and deadlines.

This is a long-term remote position with flexible FT/PT options and US hours alignment. Ideal candidates have 5+ years as a paralegal or attorney, 2+ years in US personal injury, and strong

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as paralegal/lawyer/attorney.
• At least 2 years as a personal injury paralegal in a US firm.
• Strong knowledge of US plaintiff-side personal injury.
• Experience organizing medical records, insurance docs, and supporting evidence.
• Experience drafting settlement documents and pleadings.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys from intake to settlement or litigation.
• Conduct client intake and collect accident and medical history data.
• Organize medical records, bills, police reports, and insurance docs.
• Maintain client communication on treatment, progress, and milestones.
• Coordinate with medical providers, adjusters, opposing counsel, and experts.
• Prepare settlement packages and related documents.
• Track deadlines, statutes of limitations, and case milestones.
