Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, seeks a Product Compliance Counsel based in Ireland. You will ensure EU/US consumer protection, advertising, and AI governance requirements are met as products and marketing evolve in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Law degree or equivalent legal qualification.
• Knowledge of EU and US consumer protection law for digital products.
• Understanding of EU/US marketing compliance and promotional claims.
• Familiarity with Apple App Store and Google Play guidelines.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Russian at least B2.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve product specifications for digital products to ensure compliance with laws and platform policies.
• Advise on consumer protection, advertising standards, and potential legal risks in marketing.
• Monitor legislative developments in the EU and US and communicate regulatory updates.
• Support sanctions-related policy development and internal controls.
• Develop compliance training and practical playbooks for teams.
• Assess AI-enabled products for regulatory obligations and governance.
• Collaborate across Product, Marketing and other stakeholders to balance compliance with user experience.
