Jobgether seeks a qualified Estate Planning & Probate Paralegal for a fully remote role based in Ireland with a U.S. law firm. You will support attorneys in estate planning, probate, and trust administration, coordinating case work and deadlines while communicating with clients and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of paralegal or attorney experience, familiarity with U.S. estate planning, and excellent English writing. A reliable home office and U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years paralegal/attorney experience
• 2+ years in U.S. estate planning/probate firm
• Experience drafting wills, trusts, POAs, and probate filings
• Experience with U.S. attorneys and clients
• Strong English written and verbal skills
• Proven deadline-tracking and case management
• Familiarity with legal case management software
• Advanced MS Office 365 skills
• Stable employment history
• AI tools experience (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)
• Reliable home office with internet
• Available during U.S. business hours

Responsibilities

• Prepare, draft, and organize estate planning documents like wills and trusts.
• Draft probate petitions, pleadings, notices, inventories, accounts, and filings.
• Assist attorneys with probate proceedings, trust administration, and estate administration.
• Gather and organize information about assets, liabilities, beneficiaries, and distributions.
• Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, financial institutions, and other parties.
• Prepare correspondence, forms, filing packages, and case-related documents.
• Monitor deadlines, court dates, and filing requirements.
• Maintain accurate digital case files and records.
• Coordinate document execution, notarization, and signing procedures.
• Conduct legal research related to estate planning, probate, trusts, and administration.
• Use case management and document management systems according to procedures.
