Lever, Inc. is seeking an expert Stripe freelancer based in Ireland to audit and optimize Stripe integrations across a portfolio of international SaaS products.

The role focuses on recurring payments, billing, fraud, and payment authentication, with deep collaboration with Payment, Technology, and Product teams in a fully remote environment. You will establish best practices, improve 3DS2/SCA flows, and drive payment conversion and renewal performance while documenting processes for long-term

Qualifications

• Senior-level payments experience with 5+ years.
• Multiple production Stripe integrations for recurring models.
• Fluent French and professional English; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Audit Stripe integrations, configurations, and payment flows across SaaS products.
• Define and implement shared Stripe integration best practices across the portfolio.
• Optimize 3DS2/SCA flows to improve customer experience and payment performance.
• Improve authorization rates, subscription renewal rates, and payment conversion.
• Support payment risk, fraud prevention, and dispute-management initiatives.
• Document processes, configurations, recommendations, and best practices.
