Lever, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives and business enablement projects across the full delivery lifecycle.

You will work with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners to translate complex needs into actionable plans and measurable outcomes. You will drive governance, risk management, and executive decision‑making, while blending Agile and hybrid delivery approaches to improve processes and project management maturity.

Qualifications

• Five to eight years of overall business experience with 3–4 years leading projects or change activities.
• Post-secondary education in related disciplines is preferred.
• PM certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner is desirable.
• Experience with Agile, hybrid, and traditional PM methods.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic projects, programs and business enablement initiatives end-to-end.
• Define objectives, scope, success measures, constraints and delivery plans.
• Facilitate discovery, requirements workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
• Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, changes and governance options.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to align deliverables.
• Prepare executive updates, risk assessments and decision materials.
• Support backlog management, roadmap planning, sprints and retrospectives.
