Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Senior Python Developer in Ireland for a remote-first role developing a next-generation mobile app for a football team. You will build scalable backend services with Python, implement AI features, and design robust APIs to enhance fan engagement and monetization, while collaborating with an international team.

You will work with FastAPI/Flask, implement secure auth, and leverage Docker and cloud deployment (Azure).

Qualificações

• Proven experience in Python development building production-ready backend systems and scalable apps.
• Strong knowledge of FastAPI or Flask and RESTful API design.
• Experience integrating AI/ML services via APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face).
• Asynchronous programming, JSON data exchange, and efficient data processing.
• Experience with relational and/or non-relational databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Docker, cloud deployment, CI/CD; Azure familiarity is a plus.
• Secure authentication/authorization (OAuth2, JWT) and data protection practices.
• Strong communication for remote international teams; willing to undergo HackerRank assessment.
