Job summary

Jobgether SRL in Ireland seeks a Full-Stack Engineer (Backend Leaning) to help build foundational platform systems powering AI products used globally. You will own features end-to-end, spanning user management, workspaces, authentication, and permissions, with work across backend services and frontend interfaces.

This remote role offers significant autonomy and opportunities to shape scalable infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python for backend services and scalable systems.
• Experience with backend development and capable of contributing to frontend when needed.
• Knowledge of APIs, cloud infrastructure, storage, and data structures.
• Strong testing practices and focus on security in production systems.
• Ability to understand large codebases and dependencies quickly.
• Ownership mindset from problem definition to deployment and maintenance.
• Comfort with ambiguity and making sound decisions with incomplete information.
• Attention to reliability, backward compatibility, security, and minimal disruption.
• Structured, analytical approach to solve complex problems and create reusable solutions.
• Excellent collaboration with engineers, product teams, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain foundational platform capabilities for user management, workspaces, permissions, and resources.
• Deliver full-stack features spanning backend services and administrative UIs.
• Develop scalable permission and resource services and reusable patterns.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, FDEs, and engineering teams to translate feedback into improvements.
• Plan migrations with minimal disruption and ensure safe rollouts.
• Maintain reliability and security for business-critical platform services.
• Investigate production issues using logs and customer reports; implement fixes.
• Take ownership of features through full lifecycle from concept to delivery.
