Qualifications

• 4–7 years of enterprise application development experience.
• Strong hands-on skills in .NET / Entity Framework and/or Python.
• Frontend experience with a modern framework such as Angular.
• Experience with form.io or similar schema-driven dynamic form frameworks.
• Experience integrating AI/ML/LLM services via APIs or SDKs.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements with architects and product owners into secure, scalable backend services and APIs using .NET or Python.
• Build responsive, user-friendly UIs using Angular or React, TypeScript/JavaScript, and HTML/CSS.
• Partner with the AI Architect to implement and manage AI APIs and components (LLMs, document analysis, recommendations).
• Maintain high engineering standards through automated unit/integration testing, code reviews, and security best practices.
• Leverage Git/TFS to manage code and contribute to automated CI/CD deployment pipelines.
• Investigate and resolve production issues within SLAs, driving root cause analysis and improvements.
• Support the integration and tailoring of third-party platforms and carrier systems.

• Technical Design & Delivery: Translate business requirements with architects and product owners into secure, scalable backend services and APIs using .NET or Python.
• Frontend Development: Build responsive, user-friendly UIs using Angular or React, TypeScript/JavaScript, and HTML/CSS.
• AI Integration: Partner with the AI Architect to implement and manage AI APIs and components (LLMs, document analysis, recommendations).
• Code Quality & Testing: Maintain high engineering standards through automated unit/integration testing, code reviews, and security best practices.
• DevOps & Delivery: Leverage Git/TFS to manage code and contribute to automated CI/CD deployment pipelines.
• Production Support: Investigate and resolve production issues within SLAs, driving root cause analysis and improvements.
• Platform Customization: Support the integration and tailoring of third-party platforms and carrier systems.

Requirements:

• Solid experience (typically 4–7 years) in enterprise application development, ideally on workflow-heavy or B2B platforms. Strong hands-on skills in .NET / Entity Framework and/or Python, plus a modern frontend framework (Angular).
• Experience with form.io or similar schema-driven dynamic form frameworks (JSON-based forms, conditional logic, reusable components) is a strong plus.
• Good understanding of how AI systems work and prior experience integrating AI/ML/LLM services via APIs or SDKs.
