Job summary

Reap is seeking a seasoned product manager to lead the end-to-end expansion of our card issuing infrastructure across European and African markets. You will own market-entry, scheme onboarding, processor integrations, KYB/KYC, compliance, and post-launch BAU, coordinating across Risk, Compliance, Finance, Treasury, Onboarding, Core Product, and Engineering.

You'll be the EU/Africa timezone anchor for a global team, delivering market-ready capabilities, managing regulator updates, and driving

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in card issuing.
• End-to-end familiarity with the card issuing stack: scheme relationships, processor integrations, BIN management, KYB/KYC, transaction processing, fraud monitoring, settlement, card provisioning, and shipping.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product workstream for launching card issuing infrastructure into European and African markets.
• Lead the launch of new card schemes in your markets, including onboarding, program setup, and BIN acquisition.
• Build market requirements documents covering the full card issuing stack and cross-functional delivery across teams.
