Job summary

SAKSOFT PTE LIMITED is seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to join the Cards Technology application development team. You will lead global card projects on the mainframe platform, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and alignment with enterprise standards.

The role requires 10+ years in Cards delivery, strong leadership of IT delivery teams, hands-on knowledge of Cardlink/VisionPlus, CICS/Cobol, and the ability to coordinate across multiple domain teams in a distributed

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar domain.
10+ years delivering global/card solutions for multinational organizations with budget responsibility.
5+ years leading IT card delivery teams.
Strong knowledge of Cards domain (Cardlink, VisionPlus), mainframe (CICS/Cobol) and 3D Secure apps.
Hands-on leadership in large-scale card migration projects (Cardlink, VisionPlus).

Responsibilities

Lead a team of application developers to plan technical deliverables within budget and schedule.
Coordinate across domain teams to manage technical and security dependencies.
Manage risks and provide L3 support as needed.
Provide status updates on technical delivery to stakeholders.
Collaborate with PMs, BAs, and system analysts to align functional and technical requirements.
Ensure design complies with security and enterprise standards.
Oversee SIT, UAT, performance testing and application security activities.
Coordinate vendor deliveries and manage project budgets.
Ensure documentation adheres to bank standards.
