You’ll stay resilient, maintain high standards, and show genuine care for prospects. You’ll earn €54,000 base with on-target earnings of €72,000 plus equity, operate in a fast-paced B2B SaaS

Qualifications

• 8+ months of quota-carrying outbound B2B SaaS sales experience.
• Experience with outbound cold calling.
• Strong time management and prioritization across tasks.
• Comfort with CRM, prospecting tools, and multiple systems.
• Attention to notes, meetings, and process compliance.
• Curiosity about AI and practical use in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with MSPs and MSSPs via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Set qualified meetings within our ideal customer profile using best practices.
• Generate and qualify net-new accounts and work inbound opportunities.
• Use value-driven messaging to build Huntress interest with honesty and empathy.
• Research accounts, document activity, and maintain CRM data hygiene.
• Use AI tools to support research, call prep, and drafting messages.
• Improve cold calling, messaging, and pipeline management through training and feedback.
